RETURN POLICY/FAQ'S

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Orders will be shipped once verified and processed within 2 to 3 business days or earlier. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or refused or unclaimed packages. A tracking number will be supplied in your shipment confirmation email for you to track your package.

SHIPPING: Shipping is calculated prior to submitting your payment information. You are offered shipping choices and their prices.

 

NO REFUNDS-EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS. Merchandise must be in original sale condition with attached tags. No worn or damaged merchandise will be exchanged. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Swimsuits, bodysuits, and accessories are final sale items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please include packing slip with full name and description of item you would like to receive.

Upon receipt of return, a store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. An email will be sent once item is processed.
